Sono Benedetta Carradori, Arteterapeuta e Yogaterapeuta, nonché istruttrice a Standup paddle e Sup Yoga-

SUP Vibes Evolution nasce come naturale proseguimento del mio studio di Bardolino, unendo la mia passione per il benessere, lo Yoga e il SUP in esperienze personalizzate sul Lago di Garda dai 7/99 anni!

Non propongo semplici lezioni di Stand Up Paddle, ma esperienze dedicate alla connessione con Sé stessi, alla natura e alla ricerca dell’equilibrio attraverso il movimento e l’acqua.
